BY purchasing from our website you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:
No changes can be made to orders once they have been placed. It is the buyer’s responsibility to review their cart carefully before finalizing the order. To avoid errors and buyer’s remorse, email us at dapperfragrances@gmail.com to ask questions. It is also the buyer’s responsibility to research products before “blind buying”. We suggest a trial size purchase to be sure the fragrance is a good match for you.
Return Policy: ALL SALES ARE FINAL!
Dapper Fragrances does not provide refunds or exchanges. This is a safety standard in the industry. Once a personal use item has been opened, it cannot be resold because of the possibility that it could have been tampered with and therefore no longer safe to resell. Purchases can be resold or traded by the buyer however. This can be done on various fragrance groups on social media platforms.
Dapper Fragrances is not liable for damages that occur during shipping. We cannot be responsible for what happens to the package after it leaves our warehouse. We take every precaution to wrap and package safely and securely to prevent breakage. Package protection can be purchased on our website so that in the event damage does take place in transit or the package is lost, a claim can be made with the carrier (USPS).
Disclaimer: Any mention of products of other fragrance companies on our website and/or their images or labeling are used for comparison and identification only. We do not under any circumstances represent Dapper Fragrances as theirs. Names, trademarks and copyrights are the property of their respective owners, manufacturers and/or designers. Dapper Fragrances has no affiliation with said companies, manufacturers or designers that may be mentioned.
Explanation for Shipping insurance
Dapper Fragrances recommends insurance on all packages, if a customer purchases the insurance it will cover all items in full that would be broken in transit or any lost packages. Any customer that doesn’t purchase insurance will need to open a direct claim with post office or UPS if international because Dapper will not be liable for any broken or lost packages.
Customers will need first to file a claim and receive a claim number directly with the post office and give at minimum 7 business days for a response, if a package is reported as lost by USPS only then will dapper replace the order.
Dapper will not cover the packages that show as delivered by the post office but the customer states was not received.
Please note that post office doesn’t view a package as lost until 30 business has went buy and official claims cannot be made until 30 day passes.
International Shipping
All customers please be aware that Dapper Fragrances does not calculate and add any incoming import charges you may receive on your incoming order we leave it up to you as the customer to research and understand these charges prior to placing your order. Import charges can vary from country to country so please calculate before ordering.
Reshipment Fee
Customers please be aware that any packages returned to us due to any incorrect address for any reason will require a reshipment fee of 8.95 and there will be no exceptions.
International customers reshipment fee will vary per country.
Allergen Disclaimer
At Dapper Fragrances, we prioritize the safety and satisfaction of our customers. All of our products are carefully crafted with skin-safe oils and adhere to all International Fragrance Association (IFRA) regulations. While we ensure our products are formulated without parabens or phthalates, we understand that individual skin sensitivities and allergies may vary. Due to the proprietary nature of our formulations, we do not disclose exact ingredient lists to protect our unique blends. However, we encourage customers with known sensitivities to contact us at dapperfragrances@gmail.com with questions regarding general ingredients before purchasing.
Refund Policy Relating to Allergies: Dapper Fragrances has a strict no refund or exchange policy. This includes but is not limited to reactions due to allergies or sensitivities. We advise customers to consider purchasing trial sizes when possible before committing to full-sized products to ensure compatibility with your skin and satisfaction with the scent.
