Does Dapper accept returns or exchanges?

Dapper Fragrances does not provide refunds or exchanges. This is a safety standard in the industry. Once a personal use item has been opened, it cannot be resold because of the possibility that it could have been tampered with and therefore no longer safe to resell. Purchases can be resold or traded by the buyer however. This can be done on various fragrance groups on social media platforms. The dapper fragrance family is set up for customers to sell and trade because we don’t accept returns or exchanges. You can join our Facebook community HERE.

Dapper Fragrances is not liable for damages that occur during shipping. We cannot be responsible for what happens to the package after it leaves our warehouse. We take every precaution to wrap and package safely and securely to prevent breakage. Package protection can be purchased on our website so that in the event damage does take place in transit or the package is lost, a claim can be made with the carrier (USPS).
